Sales General Manager
North Jakarta - Sunter
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for sales plan & strategy;
· Responsible for achieving sales target and collection (TOP);
· Budgeting and maximise profit while minimising costs;
· Maintenance and development costumers;
· Area coverage development;
· Salesman Development;
Requirements:
· Male/female, age max. 45 years old
· Bachelor Degree of all major
· Having minimum 5 years experience in Traditional Market & Distribution
· Having competency in making Sales Plan & Strategy
· Having ability in analysing and interpreting market trends
· Having ability in analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes
· Having ability in managing and motivating a team to increaste sales
· Having knowledge all regions and areas of Indonesia
· Good analylical thinking and problem solving
· Good communication and negotiation skill
· Computer literate and familiar with MS Office
· Personality : good leadership, target oriented, well groomed, energetic, communicative, highly motivated, discipline, initiative & proactive, able to work well under pressure and able to be role model
· Willing to travel service to all areas of Indonesia
Retail Manager

Responsibilities:
· Responsible for store plan & strategy;
· Responsible for running store to achieve sales target;
· Budgeting and maximise profit while minimising costs;
· Maintenance and development costumers;
· Area coverage development;
· To ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company's standards;
· Responsible to human resources, marketing, logistics, information technology, customer service and finance in store;
Requirements:
· Male/female, age max. 40 years old
· Bachelor Degree of all major
· Having minimum 5 years experience in Retail Market (Store)
· Having ability in analysing and interpreting market trends
· Having ability in analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes
· Having ability in managing and motivating a team to increase sales
· Good communication and negotiation skill
· Computer literate and familiar with MS Office
· Personality : well groomed, energetic, communicative, highly motivated, guest oriented, discipline, initiative & proactive, able to work well under pressure and able to be role model
· Willing to travel service to all areas of Indonesia
