�

Working closely with the Human Resources Manager, The successful candidate will help to assist in managing all aspects of�Training Development, Talent�Mapping. � Developing training needs analysis.�Designing and developing training and development programs based on both the organization's and the individual's needs. Considering the costs of planned programs and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development program is becoming increasingly important. Developing effective induction programs. Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.

Qualification: MALE/FEMALE, max. 28�years of age,�bachelor degree�in� any field, a minimum two years of experiences in retail or hospitality industry,�Recently qualified or working towards Training qualification, able to demonstrate an understanding of the Training cycle, experience in making syllabus of training program. Strong written and verbal communication skills�
