HR Specialist

Requirement :
- Male, age max. 35 years old
- Bachelor Degree of Psychology/Human Resources/Administration/Law
- Minimum 4 years experiences in related role and functions, preferably in Oil and Gas Industries (level : assistant manager)
- Must possess a strong knowledge of Indonesian Labour Regulations and  local labor authorities - Disnaker/Immigration/Labour Unions
- Familiar with System Operation Procedure for Company, Recruitment and General Affairs, etc.
- Excellent software skills (Word, advanced excel, powerpoint, etc)
- Have an excellent interpersonal & communication skill
- Fluently in English both (spoken and written).
- Good Attitude, honest and able to work under pressure
- Placement in South Jakarta
- Salary around IDR 6 - 8 million (gross)
