DIGITAL MARKETING
 SPECIALIST
RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.
2. Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
3. Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
4. Managing the redesign of the company website.
5. Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of website.
6. Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing.
7. Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
8. Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of development in  digital marketing.

COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE


Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree System Information, Marketing, and others relevant discipline.
Experienced:
• Min 4 years previous experienced in a similar digital marketing role.
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES (Job Specific)

• Ability to create and manage all types campaign programs through digital
• Knowledge of demand type and how it related to the digital marketing strategies
• Ability to define and implement an effective mix of digital tatcics
• Understanding of the digital buyers journey and customer lifecycle to drive digtal demand creation and retention effort
• Possession of technical skills including programmng user interface, system integration, and Web development.
PRODUCT MANAGER The Product Manager competency design to support company's sales teams with value demonstrations and proof-of-concept developments to help close deals. Relevant roles include product specialists, and technical specialists (various IT Cloud products and IT technology knowledge and skill)

RESPONSIBILITIES:


1. Understand and effectively presents and delivers presentations on the suite of
Middleware products, features and benefits to new and prospective clients as well as
internal clients to promote sales and product development
2. Effectively describes the process and value-added benefits of the implementation process to new and prospective clients.
3. Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers' met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm;
4. Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer. And adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support;

TELESALES RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts and / for set up meeting
2. Answer questions about products or the company
3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
4. Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
5. Enter and update customer information in the database
6. Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
7. Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
8. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE


Qualifications:


• Bachelor Degree any discipline.

Experienced:

• Min 1 years previous experienced in Sales or Marketing Area

PROJECT ADMIN Responsible for documentation and administrative support to the Project Manager, Coordinate for Project Team, Client and/or Vendor.

MAINDUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Relevant project trackers and resources to be maintained with timesheet information and invoice details to track performance for each project
2. Relevant project data sheets compiled and saved for future reference
3. Project closure reports completed with the Project Manager to be saved
4. Assistance with the compilation of client invoices, including tracking of all disbursements for the relevant projects, ensuring monthly submission of invoices from all consultants
5. Support bid documents collection (putting together staff CV's, company profiles and other documentation)
6. Ensure tenders are fully collated, signed, printed and delivered on time
7. Maintain a "tender/proposal" submission list to track
8. Assist Project Managers with the preparation of presentations and any research of relevant documentation
9. Take minutes of project meetings as required
10. Ensure that all project administration support is provided
11. Coordinate processes associated with preparations and organising of workshops (invitations, venues and other related logistics)
12. Organise travel arrangements and related accommodation for management and project staff and any other project related arrangements that are required
