1. Digital Product Owner
Summary of role
Responsibilities Typical skills, and background
• Support Product Leads in collecting ideas and setting priorities for
prototyping and development
• Own the creation and prioritisation of the product backlog for specific
digital products
• Shape and own the product road-map and vision
• Lead cross-functional product teams through process of clarifying
requirements and delivery expectations with business stakeholders
• Help product teams deliver products that deliver rapid and regular
business value for the client
• Oversee initiation and execution of continuous improvement efforts in
coordination with analytics teams
• At least 8+ years of strong experience owning and delivering digital
products
• Hands on experience on agile software development methodology
• Ability to communicate effectively in multiple business areas (e.g.,
marketing, sales, finance, operations, technology)
• Background that comprises both solid business understanding as
well as expert understanding of high-quality digital product delivery
• English required, Bahasa Indonesia is beneficial
• As a Product Owner at Client, you will be involved in leading cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric digital products to deliver business impact
• You would be a core member of the client digital unit team with end-to-end responsibility for decisions and outcomes related to one or more digital
products, with a mission to shape and implement products that transform customer and employee experiences alike

2.Technical Lead

development technologies to rapidly develop creative and efficient
solutions that enhance Our Client customer and employee experience
• Lead team members to craft clear user stories, design tests for
prototypes and products, and continuously deliver product
enhancements
• Liaise with other teams within and outside the Digital unit to negotiate
timelines ,deliverables and dependencies
• Collaborating closely with product owners and teams members to
identify and socialise product and delivery risks
• Drive forward and role-model best practice engineering processes
and agile behavior and ensuring teams members follow suit
• Communicate with business stakeholders about agile processes to
set and manage expectations about delivery methods and timelines
• 10+ years of software development experience, with knowledge of
Agile software development process
• Excellent understanding of Node.js (eXpressJS or HapiJS), Shell
Scripting, SQL, HTML5, JavaScript (AngularJS or ReactJS, es6),
CSS3 (Responsive UI, Media Queries, Flex)
• Infrastructure knowledge including RESTful APIs, Authentication
Strategies, Security, Network, Virtualization (VMWare), CMS, Web
Servers, Monitoring, Analytics, Logging, Push Notifications.
• Experiences with code refactoring, design patterns, design-driven
development, continuous deployment, highly scalable applications,
application security, caching, responsive UI
• Expert in pair programming, continuous integration (Jenkins), testdriven development, incremental design, agile development
• Automated Tests thru JUnit or Selenium frameworks
• Experience with relational and NoSQL data stores
• Proficiency in both English & Bahasa
• Technical Lead will have a range of responsibilities from shaping, implementing and leading delivery of strategic products to ensuring that Our Client
stays on the leading edge of technology
• He should be able to understand the business needs and deep dive into technology issues.
• He should be contributing across the technology stack, from database and DevOps infrastructure that supports continuous deployment, to native
apps
• He will demonstrate leadership in product quality, technical excellence and engineering practices
3. Full Stack Developer

JavaScript (ReactJS), CSS3 (Responsive UI, Media Queries, Flex)
• Infrastructure knowledge including RESTful APIs, Authentication

collaboratively and iteratively through design and development to deliver fully functioning web-based and mobile applications that meet business
goals

development technologies to rapidly develop creative and efficient
solutions that enhance the Our Client customer and employee
experience
• Collaborate with other agile team members to craft clear user stories,
design tests for prototypes and products, and continuously deliver
product enhancements
• Communicate with the business about Agile processes to set and
manage expectations about delivery methods and timelines
• Proactively take on challenging problems and effectively collaborate
with people inside and outside the digital unit
• 5+ years expert experience in HTML5/CSS/JavaScript and building
responsive/adaptive web applications for desktop, tables and
mobiles.
• Experience with ReactJS, CSS3, Responsive UI – Media Queries,
Flex, Modernizer / SHIMs, Transitions, Fonts
• Experience with tooling and the webapp development stack:
webpack, gulp, npm etc.
• Knowledge of Scrum/Agile software development processes
• UI Testing – Karma / Jasmine, WebDriver, etc.
• Experience or working knowledge of NodeJS
• Experience writing or utilizing RESTful JSON API services and
performance tuning large scale applications
• Experience working in a design/UX driven environment is an
advantage
• English required, Bahasa also beneficial
