HIV/AIDS is one of the public health problems in Indonesia. There are 630000
people estimated living with HIV in the year 2015. Indonesia has made a
significant progress inthe response, especially in healthsector respond to
HIV, but the coverage of services, however, has not yetsufficient to achieve
the 2020 goals.
Indonesia receives assistance from the Global Fund to Fight
AIDS,Tuberculosis and Malaria since 2003, anInternational Donor that has its
secretariat in Geneva Switzerland. TheDirectorate General of Disease
Prevention and Control, Ministry of Health ofthe Republic of Indonesia is
one of the principal recipient that is implementedby National AIDS Program
(NAP, MoH), who then delegate the programimplementation to Sub-Recipients at
national and provincial level (34 PHO), andSub-sub-Recipient at district
level (238 DHO).
To provide full supportto HIV-AIDS control program in Indonesia, the DG of
CDC as a PR, need toprovide accurate and transparent financial report in
timely basis, booth todonors and to government of Indonesia. Therefore,
currently requiresprofessional personnel especially in the field of finance
to manage grant as Finance Coordinator position with the qualification as
inthe TOR attached.
