JIka ada yang berminat dan cocok dengan kualifikasinya silahkan apply.   Terima kasih, Ari Ferdiani         A reputable International Service Company having its regional headquarter for Asia pacific in Kuala Lumpur, involving in Exploration, Commissioning, Training, Operation & Maintenance, Shutdown & Turnarounds for the upstream and downstream sectors of the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Industries invites experienced candidates to fill the following position :       Accounting Staff (AR)   Job Responsibilities: ·         To Collect duly completed Timesheets in due time (contact staff, customers, etc.) ·         To prepare invoices as per customers invoicing procedures ·         To keep record of all transactions (filing of documents in a proper way + computation in Sage X3) ·         Send reminder to clients (through ageing reports) ·         Customer invoicing tracking ·         AR Bank reconciliations ·         Handle the petty-cash ·         Assist direct colleagues and be able to do part of their job when they are away (leaving, training, etc)   Requirements :   Diploma or Degree in Accounting. ·         Minimum 3 years experience in same position in an International company. ·         Analytical, communication and reporting skills. ·         Accurate, precise and to meet deadlines. ·         Team-work attitude. ·         Fluent in English, written and spoken.   Interested applicants are invited to submit their details resume with recent photograph to:   recruitment@spie.co.id Please put your position name in the subject and attachment should be not more than 300Kb.
