LOGISTICS MANAGER

Job Accountabilities
Works closely with manufacturing, sales, customer satisfaction and supply chain to create timely, cost-effective import/export supply chains. Responsible for handling the technical details of international transportation - multiple modes, complex documentation, and varying customs regulations, developing distribution strategies, and building relationships with logistics intermediaries. Serves as a troubleshooter, dealing with problems inherent in moving freight long distances and holding inventory in Goodyear Indonesia warehouses.

Job Requirements :

• Education and/or experience equivalent to Bachelor's Degree in Business
• Minimum 5 years experience in logistics for Manufacturing industry
• Minimum 2 years experience in Managerial level
• Acknowledgement and experience in using SAP will be an advantage
• Experience with Six Sigma or other methodical process improvement methodology is preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skill
• Sharp analytical skill, positive outlook and enthusiastic
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Excellent English both oral and written
