Mulia Group is seeing the best candidate for the following position:

Executive Secretary

Ø      Female, max 35 years old, graduated from D3 secretary (from Tarakanita is preferable)

Ø      Have experience in secretarial background at least 4-5 years (for Executive Secretary)

Ø      Excellent in English both speaking and writing

Ø      Self motivated, fast learner, pleasant personality, and able to work independently

Ø      Willing to work overtime

 

Administration Assistant

       Qualification:

Ø      Female, max 40 years old, graduated from Economics (accounting or finance)

Ø      Have experience in budget and expenses analysis, associated and secretarial type duties

Ø      Excellent in English both speaking and writing

Ø      Good health, self motivated, pleasant personality, reliable and responsible

 

Job Description:

1. Prepare financial and collection status report
2. Maintain and updated record of license fees
3. Review and analyze all variance of expenses
4. Check annual budget versus budget guidance
