Due to its rapid expansion, PT. NETWAY INDONESIA, a leading industrial and project supply company with products such as F. LLi Ferrari Articulated Truck Mounted Cranes - Italy, Dongyang Telescopic cranes and hydraulic breakers–Korea, Rendez – Scaffolding etc. is looking for young and dynamic people to fill out the following positions:

PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

• Supporting GM in Administrations, Appointments, Secretarial Services and Travel Arrangement for GM's activities on schedule.
• Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events
• Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
• Liaison with internal and external contacts

Requirements:

• Min. A Diploma Degree (D3) in any field, marketing / mass communication or related field is preferred
• Fluent in English, Mandarin would be an advantage
• Experience in the marketing industry is preferred;
• Computer literate: MS. Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
• Communication & interpersonal skills, High customer service orientation.
