Project Manager:

Role:

-           Manage and Implement Project based on PM Standard

-           Coordinate all team member and other resources in implementing the project 

-          Weekly Report to Steering Committee

Requirements:

-          Min 3-4 Years experience in Project Mgmt preferably PMI certified

-          Advance knowledge  in Banking System Preferably in  ATM/ Internet Banking

-          Good Leadership, Communication and Documentation skills

Software Engineer:

1. Junior Programmer/Fresh IT graduate
2. Middle/Senior Java Programmer 
3. Middle/Senior C Programmer

4. Middle/Senior DOTNET Programmer

5. Middle/Senior Oracle Programmer 

Requirements:

-      Having good interpersonal skill: smart, passionate, logic, critical, excellent English proficiencies  

-      Have programming experiences

IT Operation / Service Delivery:

Role:

-          Identify and test   all aspect related to IT operation which includes  security aspect, network and infrastructure, back-up, contingency plan and compliance to regulation

-          Develop IT  Procedure related to ATM & Internet Banking

Requirements:

- 4- 5 years experience in IT Banking Service Delivery

- Preferably with experience in handling ATM and or Internet Banking Environment

 

•          Operation

Customer Service:

 Role:

-           Perform User Acceptance Test

-          Test all functionality of system from customer's viewpoint

Requirements:

-          Min 2 years experience in Banking Customer Service (Service Center or Call Center) preferably w/ experience handling ATM  and or Internet Banking

-          Good Computer Skills, preferably  with experience in system testing

 

Card Management & IB User Management

Role:

-          Test and develop operational process for Card and Internet User Management

Requirements:

-          4-5 Years experience in  Banking Operation , preferably in ATM or Internet Banking Operation

-          Good Computer Skills, preferably  with experience in system testing

 

Process & Procedure:

Role:

-      Develop operational procedure for ATM & Internet Banking

Requirements:

-          3- 4 Years in Operation Banking Process and Procedure Dept

-           Good Procedure Drafting Skills
