We are a fast growing and expanding coal mining company in Indonesia currently looking for a dynamic, energetic and highly qualified candidates to join our Company, with job assignment in Jakarta (Head Office), for the positions of :
1. Legal Supervisor (LS)
•Male/Female
•Bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Law
•Minimum 1 years experience in a law firm or corporate legal
department
•Good knowledge of corporate law, including law documents
preparation, LITIGATION, employment regulation, contract
negotiation, etc
•Have experiences to handling wide range of legal related
mattersranging from general corporate, commercial, company
licenses, litigation, land related matter and regulatory
compliance of the group
•Have experiences to reviewing and providing advice on various
legal documentation and contracts
•Computer literate (Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint)
2.Accounting Staff (ACC)
•Female
•Minimal Diploma degree in Accounting major.
•Preferably at least 1 year of relevant experience in Finance and
Accounting role.
•Qualified on cost accountant area.
•Having strong ability to utilize MS Office software (Ms Word,
Excel & Power Point).
•Having strong analytical thinking.
•Ability to perform in time-pressures and meet deadlines.
