Interview with User & Urgently Need Asian & Western Cuisine Sous Chef for a Restaurant in Brunei Darussalam.
The person will report directly to the General Manager of the restaurant. Main requirements are as follows:
1. Hospitality qualification (optional);
2. Experienced (with track record) in Asian and Western food with the capabilities to make Pizzas;
3. Knowledge of safety and hygiene procedure;
4. Creative with the ability proposing new products;
5. Able to use basic Microsoft applications especially Ms. Excel & Ms Word.
6. Good sense of business acumen determined to achieve congruent business results and cost conscious.
7. Must be able to speak in English.
Average range basic salary will be negotiate depends on the experiences, skill and education.
