INTERNATIONAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (AE)
Responsible to propose, acquire and maintain orders for international clients specially in Asia Market
Requirements :
• Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• Minimum 1 years experience in business-to-business sales or marketing in printing company is an advantage.
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in International Sales
• Possess high interest in sales & marketing.
• Business and customer oriented with wide networking experience.
• Good in English or another language, wide networking especially in Asia Market, persuasive skills, attractive personality, sociable and good analytical thinking.
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (AE)
Responsible to propose, acquire and maintain orders.
Requirements :
• Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• Minimum 1 years experience in business-to-business sales or marketing in printing company is an advantage.
• Possess high interest in sales & marketing.
• Business and customer oriented with wide networking experience.
• Target oriented, excellent persuasive skills, attractive personality, sociable and good analytical thinking.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta or Bandung.
SALES EXECUTIVE (FOR PAPER & FLEXIBLE PACKAGING)
Responsibilities:
Responsible to propose, acquire and maintain orders indeed in paper & flexible packaging.
Requirements :
· Bachelor's Degree in any major.
· Minimum 1 years experience in business-to-business sales or marketing in packaging company.
· Possess high interest in sales & marketing.
· Business and customer oriented with wide networking experience.
· Target oriented, excellent persuasive skills, attractive personality, sociable and good analytical thinking.
CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (CSO)
Responsible to handling order, coordinate order as well as represent client's needs (quality, quantity and on time delivery).
Requirements:
· Diploma in Graphica / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering is preferred).
· Relevant experience in manufacture is an advantage (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply).
· Good conceptual, analytical thinking, quality oriented, can work under pressure and good in
communication skill.
PRODUCT ENGINEER (PE)
Responsible designing, modeling, testing and producing prototypes of brand new packaging products, or making improvements to existing products.
Requirements:
· Diploma Degree in Graphica / Bachelor's Degree in any major.
· Self motivated, responsible, & good in problem solving.
· Good skill in design packaging and can improves engineer products for marketability.
· Having experience in same position is an advantage.
PRODUCTION OFFICER (PO)
Responsibilities:
Responsible to establish all production activities such as insertion, sorting, shrink and packing to get the maximum result in manual team and can manage and coordinate the efficient human resource based on schedule and target production
Requirements :
· Minimum Diploma degree in any major (Preferred in Graphica or Engineer).
· Have experience minimum 1 year in the same position is advantage or have experience in manufacture
before.
· Possess high interest in manufacture.
· Target oriented, excellent persuasive skills, good analytical thinking and have strong leadership
background.
PRODUCTION PLANNING & CONTROL OFFICER (PPC)
Responsible to analyze, schedule and coordinate production and jobs as well as represent client's needs to production.
Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering is preferred).
· Experience in packaging/printing manufacturing company is an advantage.
· Good conceptual & analytical thinking, quality oriented and can work under pressure.
· Good in communication and negotiation skills.
· Willing to work in shift time and placed in Bandung & Cikarang.
RECRUITMENT OFFICER (REO)
Responsible to handling recruitment process (hiring, selection, interviewing, and monitoring new employees).
Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Psychology.
· Experience in same position minimum 1 year.
· Experience in conducting psychological test and familiar with psychological tools are an advantage.
· Can work under pressure, target oriented, good in conceptual and analytical thinking, good in c
communication skill, willing to travel.
· Strong organizational and leadership background.
TRAINING OFFICER (TRAIN)
Responsible to analyze, develop and conduct training programs.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in any major (Industrial Engineering/Psychology/human Resource is
preferred).
· Experience in same position minimum 1 year.
· Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
· Target oriented, conceptual and analytical thinking, can work under pressure.
· Strong organizational and leadership background.
ACCOUNTING OFFICER (AO)
Responsible in make report and prepare all documents relating to the account receivable and general ledger.
Requirements :
· Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Degree in Finance / Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
· Good analytical thinking, high integrity & initiative.
· Have a high attention to details & can work under pressure.
ESTIMATOR (FOR PACKAGING)
Responsible to determine estimated cost of sales printing service with rates and standard are defined as guideline in determining sales price.
Requirements :
· Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field (prefer in Graphica)
· Have experience in same position minimum 2 years, more likely in printing company.
· Have knowledge in calculate/estimate price (technique pricing)
· Have knowledge & high interest in Printing Manufacture
· Detail, result oriented, high integrity, have analytical thinking & can work in team.
