Role Profile
as an external trainer you will be involved in the development and delivery of training course programs as well as delegate material. You will work closely with a team of professionals who will support the marketing, sales and logistics of the courses.

As a trainer it is essential that you possess a sound practical knowledge of your market and that you keep abreast of current issues and developments. It is ideal but not essential that you have previous teaching experience either as a trainer or consultant. Excellent communications and presentation skills are essential as well as a personable approach and the ability to be flexible to our clients needs. Strong technical experience is required with at least 7-15 years experience in a leading financial institution.
