Our Client, is an IT Software Systems Company in Jakarta, is urgently looking for Dynamic Professionals to strengthen its Growing Team.
We Invite Qualified Executives to Fill the Following Position:
- Service Engineer -
Qualifications:
1st Preference : Diploma in refrigeration and air conditioning with min. 4-5 years experience on maintenance/installation and commissioning of Industrial Ref. systems.
2nd preference : Diploma in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering with min.5-6 years experience on maintenance/installation and commissioning of industrial refrigeration
3rd preference : Technician with 10-12 Years experience on Industrial Refrigeration/air-conditioning Systems preferably compressors repairs/overhauling jobs.
Experience :
Must have hands on experience as indicated above .
- He must have experience in Maintenance of refrigeration systems including troubleshooting, preventive maintenance etc
- Must be aware of type of refrigeration compressors used in refrigeration and air-conditioning field with knowledge of proper selection of compressors that is which type of compressors is used where and basic refrigeration cycle
- He should be aware of repairs of industrial reciprocating compressors
- He should have basic knowledge of refrigerants used. Also must be aware of new refrigerants and banned one
- He must have basic electrical knowledge about types of motors and selection of motors. Also must know wiring of safety switches for compressor
- The candidate must aware of commissioning procedures of refrigeration systems
- Knowledge of repairs of screw compressor will be added advantage
- Good contacts in specific market segment like Oil and Gas sector will be added advantage
Scope of Work:
The successful candidate will be responsible for
 Prompt response to customers by providing prompt services to their warranty/post warranty complaints.
He will have to monitor and see that the mean time to restore the compressor is kept minimum (Expected 24 -36Hrs)
 He will be responsible for monitoring and attending commissioning calls with proper planning. Training to customer's technician during/after commissioning.
 He will support to market development activities such as joint visits with dealer,
Road shows, exhibitions, seminars, enquiries through service etc.
 He will generate revenue for company through Paid Jobs, Overhauling, Annual Maintenance Contracts etc.
 He will maintain the documents of
1. Complaints attended,
2. Spare part inventory for warranty /post warranty jobs,
3. Business generated through service
Salary: negotiable
Depend on experience and qualification
