One of PT. Trikomsel Oke, Tbk Sister Companies, A newly established company, which is a joint venture between one of the leading emerging market consumer finance company and one of the most dynamic and respected retail chain in Indonesia is looking for candidates. Together, the new consumer finance company intends to challenge the existing consumer finance market in Indonesia by introducing exciting and innovative products, with the intention of creating a different experience for both the customers and our retail partners.

We are looking for self starters and ambitious candidates who are not afraid of taking direct ownership, from start to finish and talented, enthusiastic and loyal employees for various positions within organizational structure as:

HR Executive (Recruitment and Organization Development)


Responsibilities and Job description:

  • Supporting the implementation of local initiatives with regards HR processes through all required administrative means.
  • Completing all administrative tasks related to the implementation of local initiatives
  • Execution of all administration tasks related to hiring, integration of new hires, retention, training, performance/compensation and termination processes as well as the updates and ad-hoc requests
  • Ensuring high quality and availability of all required administrative means and tools.
  • Helping maintain the internal communication infrastructure.
  • Completing all administrative tasks around the development and implementation efforts of people programs.

Requirements

  • 2 years plus relevant experience in HR Recruiting and Development, preferably from Multifinancing Company
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Ability to communicate in  English
  • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Must display professionalism and confidence
  • Good customer service skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Good negotiation, influence, mediation & conflict management skills
  • Good business and industry understanding
  • Immediate join availability would be highly preferred and prioritized
