We are seeking highly qualified to join our company for the positions of :

HRGA MANAGER
Responsibilities :
Fully responsible to maintain and assure the all spectrum of Human Resource and to develop, establish and implement Human Resources policies, procedures and ensuring high professional standards for compensation and benefits policies and programs that meet with the company strategic needs, and responsible for industrial relation as well as to build a good maintain relation with the government and third parties.

Requirements :
- A Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or Law, education or social sciences, or studies with core concentrations in human resources management or business, and master degree would be advantages

- Male, age between 35 40 years

- Minimum 5 years relevant experience as HRGA Manager in a multinational company, field in mining / oil & gas

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia

- Competencies in computer skills, particularly in MS Office, Power Point as well

- Having target oriented, dynamic, good personality, ability to manage and work in team, pro-active, highly motivated, excellence communicating skills and strong analytical and leadership

- Having knowledge in Manpower regulations, HR Development & Human Capital, General Affairs & Legality

- Certified Internal Quality Audit ISO 9001:2008 & Introduction of ISO 9001:2008 would be advantages

- Willing to be located at our site in Asam-Asam Site Project, South Kalimantan with a roster 8 : 2 weeks
