1. POSITION TITLE: PROJECT MANAGER - PURWAKARTA
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Extensive experience in executing medium scale Capex projects for process / chemical industry/ EPC consultants. Considerable knowledge of cost estimation, scheduling for capex projects in chemical process industry. Effective skills in SAP, MS office and MS Projects.
• Experienced handling min. 10 projects and/or projects with Capital Budget ~ Up to $ 10 Mio/year
Main Tasks
• Carryout project management for all assigned Capex Projects, in accordance with Legal, Environmental regulations and the best engineering standards.
• Prepare Project Basis and Develop Project Scope
• Prepare Cost estimate, project budget and project schedule.
• Perform and manage project activity scheduling and monitoring.
• Monitoring and Reporting of Progress and Budget.
• Prepare monthly forecasting for time and cost.
• Monitor and control project change management.
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Civil, Engineering, SHE and Vendor for successful completion of the project.
• Coordinate with Equipment Suppliers and installation contractors for optimizing Project time and cost.
• Execute the project according to the engineering done.
• Prepare enquiry specifications and provide to purchasing department to get offers from qualified vendors. Carryout review of vendor offers, prepare Technical recommendation and prepare PR/ CR/ Reservation in SAP along with approval of Superior
• Open and Close WO, carryout TECO and Business complete process in SAP.
• Review, Compile and handover the project documentation to Production and Maintenance.
• Develop and implement global standard technical standards for engineering work for equipment and piping.
• Implement all group safety regulations during project execution.
2. POSITION TITLE: PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE (PMO) CONSULTANT – PURWAKARTA
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master degree in project management, engineering, project controlling or another equivalent technical program
• Proficiency in working with a variety of information systems and technologies; Microsoft Project and SharePoint a plus
• Strong communication skills, comfortable being a generalist and an interface with engineering, operations, maintenance and controlling
• English communication capability both in written and spoken
• Strong project management skills and experience
• Strategic thinking and business understanding
• Organizational ability
• Multiculturalism and diversity
• Teamwork and cooperation
• Willing to travel from a base in Purwakarta in a regional cross-cultural setting
Main Tasks
• Assist the PMO of Global Engineering by the implementation of the "Global Capex Process" within the Asian regions (Indonesia, China and Thailand)
• Training of the Project Managers to effectively use the process and systems
• Support the Project Managers to setup projects according the project management standards
• Support the preparation of project portfolio reports for the different Asian production sites
• Keep close contact to the PMO of Global Engineering to ensure and support a harmonized and standardized project management process among the Company Group
3. POSITION TITLE: PROCESS CONTROL ENGINEER – PURWAKARTA
Qualifications
• Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology or similar from a University of Applied Sciences or university with extensive professional experience.
• At least more than 5 years total work experiences of methods of control technology, outstanding knowledge of process technology in general.
• Very good computer skills (MS Office)
• Very good knowledge of English (ALTE Level 3; B2)
Main Tasks
• Developing, testing and launching automation concepts in order to achieve optimality as regards plant efficiency and the degree of automation subject to all practical and relevant solutions in the field of process control (Standard PID, Advanced Process Control).
• Testing DCS programs, training operators.
• Participation in projects with a focus on process control technology.
• Solving problems and assisting with standardization in the field of actuator control technology (e.g. choice of the appropriate control valves)..
• Following technical trends in the field of process control.
• To maintain safety and housekeeping in accordance with company and government regulation
4. POSITION TITLE: CAE ENGINEER – PURWAKARTA
Qualifications
• D3 / Diploma in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering
• At least more than 5 years total work experiences in preparation of cable tray layout, panel & MCC rooms, single line and wiring diagrams, MTO, installation drawings, interface drawings etc.
• Effective knowledge in drafting standards and practices. Extensive knowledge in drafting software's like Autocad, Autocad Electrical, E-Plan, COMOS. Good in time management and teamwork.
• Very good computer skills (MS Office, Visio)
• Very good knowledge of English (ALTE Level 3; B2)
Main Tasks
• Prepare layouts for cable trays, panel rooms, junction boxes, instruments, lighting, lightning & earthing, etc. according to international standards and engineering standards with the aid of software tools. (e.g. AUTOCAD, Comos, E-Plan, etc.)
• Prepare electrical single line diagrams, loop diagrams, wiring diagrams, Hook up diagrams etc. according to international standards and engineering standards.
• Support electrical & instrumentation construction engineers to prepare modification sketches during construction as required.
• Ensure the design outputs are delivered according the project schedule and the quality meets our standards.
• To maintain safety and housekeeping in accordance with company and government regulation
5. POSITION TITLE: DCS ENGINEER – PURWAKARTA
Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree in Industrial Electronic Engineer
• Have strong knowledge for programing of DCS, especially for Delta-V, ABB, or Yokogawa
• Have strong knowledge for DCS hardware requirement
• Have strong knowledge for instrumentation
• Good knowledge of English and computer skills (MS Office, MS Project, Visio, or ACAD, and SAP)
• Min. 8 years' experience
Main Tasks
• Controller planning for Capex project engineering, cost estimation, scheduling, manpower, installation, closed up report
• Planning for material required for controller (specification, bill of material, material requisition)
• To prepare engineering document for programing (i.e. Logic Diagram, Graphic Overview, I-O list, etc.)
• To prepare system architecture for the network
• Monitoring of project execution (budget planning and monitoring, progress)
• To ensure pre-commissioning and commissioning has been done properly (checking, simulation, SAT, and FAT)
• Designing and definition of controller including installation situation in the standard technology
• Working out of tasks for functional safety (participate HAZOP and closed up the report)
• Support the development of technical standards
• To carry out FAT, SAT, and prepare the report
• To maintain safety and housekeeping in accordance with company and government regulation
6. POSITION TITLE: INSTRUMENT SUPERVISOR – PURWAKARTA
Qualifications
• Min. Diploma Degree in Instrumentation engineering or related
• Working in industrial plants or EPC group.
• Experience in design or installation of Instrument equipment, selection of equipment, preparation of drawings, job scheduling, and working with ERP system like SAP.
• Min. 5 years' experience
Main Tasks
• To prepare job plan daily based on schedule
• To organize and accomplish job planning
• To ensure standard procedure carry out during job execution
• To supervise and provide technical guidance and training to staff
• To control contractor to carry out job in the plant
• To prepare project job schedule and monitoring
• To prepare, maintain, and update the various documents like drawing, manuals.
• To maintain safety and housekeeping in accordance with company and governmental regulations
• To ensure appropriate tools, equipment, and facilities are available to carry out proper job.
• To appraise the performance and promotion of subordinate in consultation with superior
• To do administrative work related to staff reporting to him
• To carry out jobs assigned by superior
7. POSITION TITLE: MECHANICAL COMPLETION ENGINEER – PURWAKARTA
Qualifications
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical engineering
• Previous experience in compiling mechanical completion dossiers
• Good handling of technically, construction, completion guidelines, regulations, and standards
• Knowledge of discipline engineering design criteria, methods, and workflows from conceptual phase up to mechanical completion and commissioning phase.
• Capability to define the technical documents set based on project quantities and scope of work
• Capability to perform and coordinate project engineering documents activities and to check and review design documents, prepared either internally or by vendors.
• Good knowledge of English and computer skills (MS Office, MS Project, and SAP)
• Min. 7 years' experience in pre-commissioning engineering within chemical, petrochemical, or in oil and gas industry
Main Tasks
• Manage workload-based installation/fabrication schedules and skyline reports in order to deliver mechanical completion dossiers on time
• Interface with several departments to ensure paperwork as per project specification is filled and signed as per project procedure
• Provide technical background for production of mechanical completion dossiers
• Interface with project team to ensure the deviation list are closed
• Provide progress report and status tracker to all relevant personnel
• Ensure technical coordination with all other phases or work, including leading the status meeting with project team
• Plan and perform final inspection of equipment and documentation according to project requirements
• Continuously work to improve work processes, and alert project managers on deviation from current contract
• To assist commissioning to be done properly (checking, simulation, SAT)
• Support the development of technical standards
8. POSITION TITLE: COMMISSIONING ENGINEER – PURWAKARTA
Qualifications
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Chemical engineering
• Previous experience in compiling commissioning dossiers
• Good handling of technically, commissioning guidelines, regulations, and standards
• Knowledge of discipline engineering design criteria, methods, and workflows from conceptual phase up to commissioning phase.
• Capability to perform and coordinate project engineering documents activities and to check and review design documents, prepared either internally or by vendors.
• Good knowledge of English and computer skills (MS Office, MS Project, and SAP)
• More than 12 years' experience in commissioning plant in chemical, petrochemical, or in oil and gas industry
Main Tasks
• Understand and review technical documents related to the project and to commissioning
• Understand the process and the installation, prepare the commissioning
• Defines commissioning work packages and prepare the relevant procedures with the assistance of discipline engineers.
• Preparation of commissioning plan, including risk and safety assessment
• Provide the schedule commissioning, progress, status, issues, missing parts, etc.
• Ensure safe execution of all commissioning activities through the application of the work permit procedure
• Prepare the commissioning dossiers
• Supervise commissioning field activities
• Coordinates activities of vendor representatives and contractors
• Prepare and issue the reports weekly meeting: schedule status, working report, punch list follow-up, deviation follow up, scope variations, etc.
• Ensure adequate training is provided to the customer
