1. POSITION TITLE: PROJECT ENGINEER - JAKARTA
 
Role responsibilities and activities:
• Providing technical, managerial support to PM
• Ensure standardized and relevant PM document templates are available
• Review project designs and contribute ideas for cutting costs
• Facilitate communications between head office and project staff
• Track and directly report project status updates to project manager
• Help create, manage, and maintain project budget
• Schedule and confirm deliveries to field staff
• Consult with and gather information from technicians, engineers, contractors, etc.
• Maintain positive vendor and client relationships
• Ensure project adheres to set schedule and is meeting goals of the client
• Facilitates sharing of best practices through informal communities of action
• Plan and resource all discipline related activities to ensure project delivery to target
• Monitor progress against plan and take appropriate action to ensure compliance
• Site visit as required
 
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's in engineering field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Microsoft Project
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Skilled collaborator
• Excels in a high-paced work environment
• Strong communication skills both oral and written
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Focused and supportive to management at all times
• Self-starter who works well independently
• Adaptable and calm under pressure

2. POSITION TITLE: BUYER – PANDAAN (2 persons) 
 
In this role you will negotiate and ensure the best cost and Quality for Ingredients/Raw materials for the assigned categories in compliance with quality and quantity requirements, Company policies and procedures as well as local regulations. The Buyer will also support/drive the selection of the best options and sources to fulfill the nutrients requirements of the finish products, in close alignment with SMT (Strategic Marketing and Technology), Sales and business objectives.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor degree.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent Communication skills, ability to negotiate and influence.
• Execution capacity and organization skills, Keen sense of Priorities.
• Min 5 years Procurement experience on supporting end to end procurement activity starting on sourcing (Budgetary up till actual RFQ) to the payment process.
• Proficiency in SAP for Procurement processes.
• Strong understanding of the main cost components.
• Food & Beverage Industry Experienced
 
Reporting to: APAC CAPEX Sourcing Lead – Sourcing & Procurement
 
50% Raw Material Purchasing
+ Negotiate and manage agreements with regional/local suppliers according to the Business Strategy strictly following Company Guiding Principles.
+ Ensure contracts are in place to pursue proper Financial Control, specify Quality requirements and are aligned with Company Legal requirements.
+ Supervise and evaluate key suppliers' performance, implement corrective action plans when necessary.
+ Manage the relationship and application of agreed conditions with all vendors.
+ Monitor Processes and Policies application and recommend improvements.
+ Approve contracts in SAP according to authority levels.
 
30% Category Management Support
+ Deploy the Category Strategy set by the Sourcing Leads.
+ Deploy New Raw materials/suppliers by engaging Production, local FSQR, Pricing, etc.
+ Liaise with local business (Supply Chain, Production, Sales, etc.) to understand raw materials usage and provide insight and updates to Sourcing Leads.
+ Ensure proper communication about market constraints and opportunities to local business to ensure alignment with Business goals.
+ Recommend and deploy strategy to ensure the best TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and quality conditions for Company.
 
10% Market And Pricing Information
+ Provide market input to Sourcing Leads and peers to ensure proper understanding of the local/regional markets.
+ Provide input to the Pricing team to ensure the local market circumstances are reflected in the Pricing decisions. 10% OTHERS
+ Provide support for other activities related or influenced by RMS (Risk Management), e.g. Certifications, Audits.
+ Back up for other activities as necessary to keep proper business activity
 
 
3. POSITION TITLE: RECEPTIONIST - JAKARTA
 
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• 0-1 years' experience as receptionist/admin
• Jakarta Office. 6 months contract- renewal.
• Starting Date : asap.
 
 
4. POSITION TITLE: PIPING SUPERVISOR QA/QC - PALEMBANG
 
Scope of Work:
• Supervision at site, review procedure and other related documents, provide technical consultancy advise
 
Required Qualification:
• Min. Diploma degree in Civil/Mechanical engineering
• Min.. 6 Years as Piping supervisor in Oil & Gas Industry with min 2 project
• Understand international code and standard for piping QA/QC
 
 
5. POSITION TITLE: MECHANICAL ROTATING SUPERVISOR QA/QC - PALEMBANG
 
Scope of Work:
• Supervision at site, review procedure and other related documents, provide technical consultancy advise
 
Required Qualification:
• Min. Diploma degree in Mechanical engineering
• Min. 6 Years as mechanical supervisor in Oil & Gas Industry with min 2 project
• Understand international code and standard for mechanical QA/QC
 
 
6. POSITION TITLE: CIVIL SUPERVISOR QA/QC - PALEMBANG
 
Scope of Work:
• Supervision at site, review procedure and other related documents, provide technical consultancy advise
 
Required Qualification:
• Min. Diploma degree in Civil engineering
• Min. 6 Years as Piping supervisor in Oil & Gas Industry with min 2 project
• Understand international code and standard for civil and structural QA/QC
 
 
7. POSITION TITLE: ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR QA/QC - PALEMBANG
 
Scope of Work:
• Supervision at site, review procedure and other related documents, provide technical consultancy advise
 
Required Qualification:
• Min. Diploma degree in Electrical engineering
• Min. 6 Years as Piping supervisor in Oil & Gas Industry with min 2 project
• Understand international code and standard for electrical QA/QC
 
 
8. POSITION TITLE: INSTRUMENT SUPERVISOR QA/QC - PALEMBANG
 
Scope of Work:
• Supervision at site, review procedure and other related documents, provide technical consultancy advise
 
Required Qualification:
• Min. Diploma degree in Electrical/Physics engineering
• Min. 6 Years as Piping supervisor in Oil & Gas Industry with min 2 project
• Understand international code and standard for instrument QA/QC
 
 
9. POSITION TITLE: MECHANICAL ENGINEER - PURWAKARTA
 
Required Qualification:
• 3 years of experience for S1 (mechanical engineering) & 5 years of experience for D3 (mechanical engineering) in steam power plant maintenance including accessories.
• Good knowledge in SAP
• Good personality and will good to have (leadership)
• Willing to work hard
 
Main Tasks
• Carried out the 8th safety live saving rule
• Daily carried out maintenance (PM & Breakdown maintenance)
• Review the problem for recurring issues and trouble shooting
• Improve maintenance facility, ie – tools, skills of mechanic and modification
• Make report and analyze for maintenance KPI
• SAP activity work order and report
• Spare parts controlled in SAP and actual availability in store.
• Connected with other department related with spare parts.
• Make Purchase and / or Contract request as required.
 
 
10. POSITION TITLE: ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR - PURWAKARTA
 
Required Qualification:s
• Min. D3 in Electrical engineering technical studies / University
• Work in industrial plants or EPC group for a minimum 5 years of working experience
• Experience in design or installation of Electrical equipment, selection of equipment, preparation of drawings, job scheduling and working with the SAP ERP system
 
Main Tasks
• To prepare job plan daily based on schedules
• To organize and accomplish job planning
• To ensure standard procedure and carry out during job execution
• To manage and control contractor in the plant.
• To prepare project job schedule and monitor progress
• Maintain and update the various documents like drawing and manuals
• To ensure appropriate tools, equipment, and facilities are available to carry out the proper job.
• To do administrative work related to staff reporting to him.
• Carry out jobs / tasks being assigned
• To assist the contractor and to ensure the standard procedure during installation.
• To maintain safety and housekeeping in accordance with the company and government regulation.
