ACCOUNTING & FINANCE SENIOR SUPERVISOR

PT Red Planet Indonesia Tbk looking for talented hotel professional, well experienced and highly motivated to apply for position Accounting & Finance Senior Supervisor.

Overview 
To provide an excellent and consistent level of administrative support and reporting in the smooth and efficient running of the Finance Division.

Responsibilities 

  • Oversees financial management, regulatory and financial reporting, including corporate accounting, budget and forecasts preparation, report variances and cash flow analysis, among other financial aspects of the hotel.
  • Manage and supervise all accounting operations including Cash Management, Reconciliations, Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition and Taxation.
  • Review month-end and year-end closing process and issue timely reports to the management.
  • Liaise with external auditor on the preparation of audited financial statements.
  • Closely scrutinize funds transfer and cash disbursement protocols within the organization.
  • Oversee the accounting procedures operations especially the control systems at the hotel level, transaction-processing operations and policies and procedures.
  • Recommend organizational policy when necessary and/or development of internal control policies and procedures.
  • Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • Preferably with 2 - 3 years of work experience in Accounting and Finance.
  • Having basic knowledge in accounting journal and financial report.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good supervisory skills, decision-making ability, effective communication.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Computer literacy.
