Our Client, a Leading Multinational Chemical Based Manufacturing Company, is urgently seeking dynamic professionals to strengthen their growing team. We invite qualified executives to fill the following position:

 

ORGANISATION DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

 

 Main Requirements:

·         Bachelor Degree from a recognized university

·         Minimum 7 years experience in HR, Organization Development and Training

·         Experience in HR Consultancy Companies will be an advantage

·         Preferably from Multinational Companies 

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·         Leadership, results oriented, creative

·         Able to work independently and in teams

·         Proficient in oral and written English

 

 

Salary :  Rp 20 – 25 million per month, car and other benefits

Depending on Qualifications and Experience
