Pioneer in Indonesia currently searching for the following position:
A. Project and Continues Improvement Manager
Responsibilities:
· Continues Improvement:
Drive sustainable continuous improvement of all production activities in line with production and corporate strategies and targets in order to achieve World Class Production level through working effectively and in collaboration with all site employees. The role is extended to: Operations Management, Performance Measurement, Improvement Support, and Capacity Management and Production System.
· Project Management:
Execute and manage all capital projects within the agreed time and budget. This includes monitor the construction of building and installation of machinery, to a strict timetable. Assures projects are delivered on time within specification and budget. Leads active partnership with Procurement to evaluate offers and submit proposal for the most appropriate technical solutions that are cost-effective.
General Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
· Required language(s): English
· Minimum 4 years experience in manufacturing environment
· Hands on experience with application of most of the following Lean and Six Sigma tools and techniques: standardized work, scientific problem solving (PDCA,) value stream mapping, SMED, mistake proofing, 5S, Visual factory, DMAIC
· Certified Sigma Black Belt equivalent
· Exceptional presentation and group facilitation skills
· Training in the DuPont production system will be undertaken
· Applicants must be willing to work in Malang.
· Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
· Full-Time position(s) available.
· Based Locally in Malang
