LOWONGAN KERJA RECRUITMENT MANAJER
Job Description :
- Melakukan pemasangan iklan lowongan kerja baik melalui Internet, Broadcast BBM, Brosur, SMS Center maupun langsung terjun ke lapangan untuk mencari kandidat pelamar
- Melakukan kerjasama dengan intansi pendidikan dan LSM (BLK, SMK, Universitas, Karang Taruna, Disnaker)
- Membuat strategi rekruitmen per area untuk pemenuhan JO
- Pemenuhan data base pelamar per area
- Mengirimkan kandidat minimal 5X1 permintaan Klien dan kandidat yang dikirim ke Klien harus sudah lulus seleksi
- Memenuhi JO Sesuai dengan jumlah, kualitas dan tepat waktu
- Melakukan Proses Psikotest dan interview kandidat
- Filing data karyawan all klien yang sudah Join per posisi, perklien
- Memberi training dan Induksi karyawan
- Memberikan training kapada karyawan aktif setiap bulannya
- Membuat weekly report terhadap pencapaian pemenuhan JO nasional dan data base pelamar
Requirements:
- Pendidikan: S1 PSIKOLOGI (Diutamakan)
- IPK (minimal): 2.8
- Pengalaman kerja: Minimal 2 tahun
- Kemampuan Komputer (MS Office , Excel dan Power Point)
- Mampu melakukan interview masal dan mencari kandidat pelamar
