You must have strong technical knowledge of Mechanical/Electrical systems as well as being someone who is looking to take on more responsibilities and be in charge of the Project.M&E Project EngineerJob Description:· Responsible for all aspects of project management functions including planning, execution, monitoring, budgeting, cost control & contracts & administration of all projects.· Coordinate & liaise with various related parties including customer, consultants, sub-contractor on site to ensure project requirements are met.· Coordinate the safety management system on site.· Follow up on the project progress.· Able to do simple costing.· Plan, apply, purchase, install & maintain all M&E equipment related to facilities at site.· Oversees overall progression of Project..· Ensure Project is completed within specific time and within clients' budget and satisfaction.· Ensure Company's ISO & OHSAS requirements are fully implemented.· Attend weekly/monthly progress meetings.· Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and government authorities on project-related issues.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 - 3 years Mechanical/Electrical experience in ACMV, Cooling Tower, Electrical System in the building construction industry for BSC
- At least 5 - 8 years Mechanical/Electrical experience in ACMV, Cooling Tower, Electrical System in the building construction industry for Diploma
- Able to speak/write English
- Preferably with high-rise building or mixed-development construction project experience
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice period
- Able to read and understand construction drawings
- Coordinate M&E design, and produce coordination and shop drawings.
- Able to use Autocad
QA/QC EngineerJob Description:
- Plan and conduct inspection for project and company operation
- Carrying out site installation inspection
- Ensure that the documents and procedures meet ISO / clients' requirements
- Liaise with third party inspector and client on quality matters
- Close out the immediate correction / corrective / preventive action taken to prevent recurrence of not-conformance and prevent occurrence of potential non-conformities
- Maintain report & record related QA/QC
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager/Site Manager
Qualifications:
- Age minimum 35 years old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from reputable university
- Minimum 7 years experience in Construction Company
- Preferable have experience in High Rise Building & Factory Project
- Good in English both oral or written
- Good in MS office
- Have experience in Quality Control MEP work
- Understand & have ISO 9001 Certificate
- Understand QA/QC Documentation
- Have skill drawing review, drawing coordination and inspection
- Having good motivation, strong leadership, and interpersonal skill
