A NDT Distributor Company is looking for Junior Sales and Marketing.

 

Requirements:

  1. Male / Female. Age between 23 – 30 years old..
  2. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor any majoring.
  3. Having technical background would be preferable.
  4. Minimum 1 year experience, but fresh graduates are welcome.
  5. Required language: English and Indonesian.
  6. Computer Literate (Minimum Microsoft Office).
  7. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skill.
  8. Positive mindset, highly initiative, able to work independently and as part of team.
  9. Target oriented and hard worker.
  10. Applicant must be willing to work ini Bintaro (Tangerang Selatan).
  11. Willing to travel out of town.
  12. Have Driving Licence (A or C).

Job Description:

  1. Develop new business from new customers and maintaning good relations with customers that already use services and find occasion to increase business.
  2. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales..
  3. Representing your organization at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstration.
  4. Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visit to customers and perspectives customers advising on forthcoming product developments and upselling special promotions.
  5. Develops annual sales plan in conjunction with sales department, which detail activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives.
  6. Demonstrates the ability to interact and to cooperate with all company employees.
  7. Demonstrates and presentation products.
