[CariKerja-Online] JOB VACANCY AS RECEPTIONIST

 

Dear All,

My company is looking for new Receptionist, if you want to apply that position please see below the job desc and requirements, asf:
 

·            Handle incoming and outgoing call either external or internal calls.

·            Handling incoming and outgoing letters and documents.

·            Booking air tickets and accommodation for staff/crew.

·            Arrange document shipment export and domestic.

·            Coordinate with driver schedule.

·            Make report for DHL/REX invoices, Intagjastel report, billing statement Telkomsel, pantry report, stationery report, gasoline claims and employee attendance for daily and monthly absence.

·            Handling incoming facsimile and distribute to person in charge.

·            Handling employee movement update for Jakarta and Batam office.

·            Doing administration task as request by Head of Department.

 

Requirements

·         Having experiences min 2 years or fresh graduate are welcome to apply, good looking and attitude/manner.

·         Diploma's degree from any related field in Secretarial or Business Administration, maximum 28 years old.

·         Have knowledge of administration and communication skill.

·         Good knowledge about communication skill and able to handle different people.

·         Ability to interface with internal and external parties, detailed oriented, able to work individual and in a team.

·         Willing to work hard and eager to learn a new things.

·         Fluent in English both oral and written.

·         Effective use of Ms Word, Excel and Power Point
