NEED URGENTLY.... EXIM Supervisor

 

Gerenal requirements

-          Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field ( preferably Accounting )

-          At least 2 years of working experience in PPJK, Logistic or Trading Company

-          Male / Female, age max. 35 years old

-          Computer literate : internet, MS Office, etc

-          Honest, neat, skillful and eager to learn

 

Required skills

-          PPJK, EMKL, EDI

-          Familiar in customs procedure, customs clearance, flat file manifest, EXIM regulations

-          English literate is a must ( at least passive )

-          Good communication skill

-        Good Leadership

 

 

Responsibilities

1.       Prepare export and import reports

2.       Check PIB/PEB

3.       Checking all shipping documents and incoming bills related to shipment and customs clearance process

4.       Monitoring and follow up shipment

5.       Ensure all job activities comply with valid regulations/procedures

6.       Establish good communication with all related internal and external parties such as supplier, shipping company, forwarder, insurance, etc
