SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
JOB DESC
- To manage the sales & marketing activities in company, to achieve short- and long-term business objectives, increased profit.
- Develop the company sales & marketing strategy
- Maintain business contacts and networks with the industry associations, and major customers.
- Analize sales report
- Review the implementation of the marketing policies and program
- Define subordinates performance indicators that are linked with company's objectives, and manage their performance.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor degree or equivalent professional degree from any discipline
- Having min 5 years experience in the same position, preferably in manufacturing company (carton box / offset printing / customer goods / packaging / FMCG)
- Having presentation & communication skill
- English active
- Willing to be placed at cibitung or tangerang plant
