Our Client, a Major Multinational Paint and Coating Manufacturer, is urgently seeking dynamic professionals to strengthen their growing team. We invite qualified executives to fill the following positions:

 

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

 

 Main Requirements:

·         Bachelor Degree

·         Educational background in Engineering will be an advantage

·         Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Customer Service

·         Able to coordinate the Order Processing Department and provide excellent customer service to customers

·         Understand customers' expectations and ensure that  their expectations are met

·         Experience in logistics and supply chain

·         Good experience in customer service in FMCG industry

·         Computer literate

·         Proficient in English (oral and written)

·         Good leadership, service oriented with good problem solving skills

·         Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

·         Able to work under pressure

 

 

Salary : Around Rp 5-7 million Per Month ++

Depending on Qualifications and Experience
