We are a fast growing Plastic Packaging Company.
To strengthen our organization,
we are looking for high potential people to fill the following vacancy:
SALES ADMIN
JABABEKA BASED

        
Responsibilities:
• Receive, handling emails addressed to general email address, make sure it is followed up
• Keeping records of sales targets and actual figures and compiling them into reports for management
• Supporting sales team includes managing schedules, creating sales documents and proposals, and other writing communication to external and internal parties
• Generating reports related to sales activities and revenue data, as well as handling customer and prioritizing customer requests while the sales team is out of the office.

Requirements:
• Female
• Diploma degree, age 22 to 30 years,
• Minimum 1 years experience in sales administration or secretarial jobs.
• Be able to work under pressure and fast pace environment with minimum supervision
• Good interpersonal and team player
• Good verbal & written English and MS Office is essential
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Excellent communication and time-management skills are required
• Willing to relocate in Jababeka area
