We are a fast growing Plastic Packaging Company.
To strengthen our organization,
we are looking for high potential people to fill the following vacancy:
SALES EXECUTIVE
( Surabaya / Sidoarjo based )

• Responsibilities:
• Managing sales activities to achieve and exceed assigned revenue objectives such as account management plans, sales pipeline management, and coordinating resources to ensure efficient and sustain sales.
• Establish new relationships with merchants and manage existing merchant accounts through sales visits, regular follow-up calls, and other means.
• Building and maintaining customer relationships with key decision makers and influencers to obtain new sales, maximize product/services satisfaction and ensure proper post-sales support is provided.
• Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development
  
  
  
• Requirements:
• Age maximum 30 years old
• Education minimum Bachelor degree from any major
• Having min. 1 year experience as sales executive preferable from FMCG company
• Having experience in handling multinational company
• Computer literate and deep understanding about sales database administration (especially V look up function and pivot in Microsoft Excel)
• Have good analytical, negotiation and relationship skill
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and team player
• Be able to work under pressure and fast pace environment with minimum supervision

Willing to relocate to Surabaya / Sidoarjo area
