PMO Manager for Data Acquisition
(Code: MGR DA) - Location base: Jakarta Office
Job Descriptions:
Operations
· Plan, schedule and establish project workflow within the area of operation with regular monitoring of activities in order to meet the overall schedule of the assigned project
· Manage resources effectively (including manpower allocation) to ensure a more effective and efficient discharge of department's function
· Ensure department plans / schedules / issues are communicated with other related departments for further action planning
· Discuss special requirements and provide technical advice to client service counterparts related to the specialized area
· Ensure proper project costing
Systems / Process Management
· Ensure standard operating procedures within area of responsibility are observed
· Recommend improvements in work processes within area of responsibility
People Management
· Set objectives and monitor team’s performance.
· Ensure recognition of effective work performance and utilize effective disciplinary actions when appropriate.
· Address professional development goals and needs of direct reports.
· Ensure proper dissemination of information and implementation of company rules and regulations as well as policies and procedures.
· Contribute to driving world class employee satisfaction through the implementation of relevant organizational initiatives that build on employee commitment.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor degree in Science, Economic/Marketing or Engineering from reputable University
· Certified for project management would be an advantage
· At least 3 year(s) of working experience on leading team from different location (offices)
· Mature, accountable, self-driven and fast learner
· Fluency in English, both oral and written
· Excellent understanding of spreadsheet or database
