For its operations in Jakarta the company is looking to recruit:     PROJECT COORDINATOR   Principal accountabilities for Project Coordinator To set-up the necessary alliances, partnerships, etc. to enhance the company's success chances. To promote and develop the image of the company with all targeted potential clients in the region and initiate effective lobbying.   - To visit Clients, introduce Company, identify business opportunities & organize meetings & presentations and to set-up an extensive Client database in the region. - To participate in the preparation of tenders & proposals and follow up with Clients - To organize recruitment campaign, screen & test candidates & issue recommendations - To liaise with business partners, suppliers, and local authorities.   Skilled • Creative marketing skills from business background in Oil & Gas and Technical Industry areas. • Strong knowledge of rules, regulations, strategies. • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communications skills. • Plan, organize and complete tasks in the shortest, most efficient manner, extremely versatile. • Tactful and diplomatic in high-pressure, multi-task situations; confidently and competently handles behavioural situations in the most positive manner.   General Requirement University / Diploma degree; Male/Female Fluent in English, written and spoken Min 5 Years experience in the Oil & Gas Industry Highly trustworthy, ethical and discreet, driven by challenges Willing to work hard and pro-active Pleasant personality Fully Computer literate Please send your application CV and photograph to HR Department   Email : recruitment@spie.co.id Only shorted applicant will interview
