Group Technical Director�– High-rise Apartment

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor's Degree majoring in Civil Engineer / Architecture
  
• At least 12 years experience at Developer / Contractor Company and 5 years as Technical Director at High-rise building industry
  
• Experienced property professional with at least 10 years commercial experience across a variety of properties, ideally at a senior level within the apartment residential Sector
  
• Specific Competency: Project Management and Budgeting
  
• Excellent working knowledge of related legislation and the workings of contractors and local authorities
