Our client "A Big Local Group of Property Company" is looking for a " Business Development Manager - Property".

Location: Jakarta

Here is a description of the sought position,
Requirements:
  • At least Bachelor degree majoring in Civil or Architecture Engineering from a recognized University
  • At least 10 years experience in Project or Business Development, preferably in property real estate setting with solid experience in major aspects of property business development management from Big Local Company or MNC at the real estate and property industries background.
  • At least 5 years as Property Business Development Manager at the property real estate industries
  • Experienced within business development management in High-rise and landed on property real estate developments
  • The ideal candidate shall have extensive experience within Property Management and a thorough understanding of the commercial / large scale residential / mixed use property market in Indonesia
