RPHL acquires Greenfield sites and existing buildings, and develops these into branded budget hotel properties, using internal project and development management resources.

Site Supervisor

Responsibilities: 

• Organise and control large numbers of workers on the project
• Teach workers fast and efficient methods to improve productivity
• Demonstrate the way to dramatically increase output
• Organise work flow to achieve daily targets
• Ensure correct work first time.

Requirements:

• Trade certificate
• 5 years project experience
• Competent in all aspects of construction.
• Capable of teaching others.
• Placement in Solo
