We have been tasked with recruiting Head of Design / Design Manager professional by a leading big construction company based in Jakarta.

Head of Design / Design Manager - Construction Company

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree majoring in Planning, Architecture or Engineering or equivalent
  
• Preferred Qualifications Prefer master's degree in related field and professional certification or license, training and experience in management of personnel and fiscal and physical resources. 
  
• Minimum 15 years of related experience in progressive corporate design and construction experience with min 5 years as Head of Design / Design Manager
  
• 5 years of experience in a management position within the design, planning, construction contracting field. Experience must include project management, project budgeting and accounting, project delivery and public works construction contracting. 
  
• 10 years of supervisory or lead experience in site operations, maintenance, remodeling and repairs on a large campus or equivalent commercial, military, or industrial organization.
