The company is an asset owning company that operates its own hotels under a franchise agreement fromTuneHotels.com
RPHL acquires Greenfield sites and existing buildings, and develops these into branded budget hotel properties, using internal project and development management resources.

- Teach workers to install wall and floor tiles at a rate of 80m2 per day/person (60x15cm tiles)
- Teach workers fast and efficient methods to improve productivity
- Teach workers to use modern materials in correct manner
Requirements:
- Trade certificate
- Competent Tile installer
- 3 years project experiance
- Capable of teaching others
- Prepared to work 14 hours per day 7 days per week
