Responsibilities:

• Manage and provide forecast manpower for the company's site activities works covering installation/construction, repair, commissioning post warranty, maintenance contract and business development needs
• Assist and supervise assigned site management activities being assigned to engineers within Field Service Group to ensure that the works is performed in timely manner, meet company quality standards, cost effective with no accidents
• Project Management for small post warranty projects
• Hired, train and assign personnel to anticipate service demands
• Perform cost centre budgeting and management duties per with department needs and Company direction
• Write, conform and implement Administrative, Departmental procedures to provide guidance to Service Operations Engineers
• Design and implement record keeping (filing) system for department activities, especially controlled documents
• Design and implement systems to track accountability of Department Resources (Service Time, instruments, Protective Equipment)
• Maintain Channels of communications with other departments
• Know the company's Quality Program, and make sure that all department activities are in compliance to that program
• Approve work scope and cost for service and construction proposals
• Compile all the customer complains and provide the recommended solutions to Service Engineer who is assigned the related work
• Apply environmental, health and safety practices in all aspects of his/her work
• Ascertains safe working condition, health and environment in the work and reports condition of danger at supervisor
• Obeys all related regulations of EHS in job activity area
• Does Job Safety Analyses and socializes in the team
• Ascertains availability of resources (budget, equipments, training, etc) to ascertain exercise of requirement EHS

Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering, Marine, Electrical or Mechanical
• More than 6 yeas experience in the operation, maintenance and commisoning of power plant or process plant
