Required a performance oriented people with excellent qualificat6ion to lead and support out team, as:

HR Business Partner Assistant Manager
Jakarta Raya - Kebon Jeruk - Jakarta Barat

Responsibilities:

The incumbent will responsible to all spectrum of HR Service from benefit claim, absenteism, over time, Jamsostek, Industrial Relation, and dispute settlement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
• At least 6 year(s) of working experience in HR Service or Personnel with the latest position as Senior Supervisor
• Hands on with overtime calculation process, benefit claim, Jamsostek, disciplinary action, Industrial Relation
• Strong knowledge in UU No 13 and other government regulation related to labor
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Analytical and detail
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kebon Jeruk - Jakarta Barat
• Full-Time position(s) available.

Excellent remuneration and benefits package commensurate with qualification and experience will be provided.
