Training Manager
As a training manager you will plan, direct and coordinate all the informatics training activities of an organization. In some instances, you may be involved in the delivery of training programs to assist users
Responsibilities :
• Develop training materials and training-aids required for in-house training programs e.g.
FOM, PALM program, etc
• Conduct & facilitate in-house training programs
• Conduct field visits, interviews and surveys to measure & track training program
effectiveness and feedback
• Develop and maintain up-to-date training and personal development plans
• Deliver appropriate training programmes in accordance with legislation and current
industry best practice

Requirements:
• Ability to speak and write Bahasa Indonesia fluently
• Willingness to work with field employees to understand business environment &
understand training requirements
• Graduate degree in any discipline
• Substantial knowledge of professional development & leadership courses/programs
offerings
• 3-5 years of working experience prior to training experience will be an advantage
• Possess excellent communication, organizational and team working skills
• Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia is essential
• Ability to speak and write English fluently
• Proven ability in managing curriculum planning, budget management and training
delivery
• Certified MBTI trainer and assessor, is an added advantage
