Dear all,

Start up Company located in BSD is looking for HR Generalist candidate

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for HR functions such as talent acquisitions, employee relations, performance management, compensation benefit, training and development, recruitment, operations, etc.
• Responsible to on going HR Projects, lead to support and help improve business process • Handle sensitive and confidential documentations
• Develop and implement consistently HR processes and policies to meet business needs
• Other tasks deemed necessary within scope and assigned by Management

Requirement:
• Min. Diploma Degree in any major or equivalent
• Have experience in e-commerce or technology industry
• Preferable having min. 5 years experience in same position
• Good communications in English, both oral and written
• Good interpersonal skill and communication skill
• Have a good analytical thinking, strong in detail and well organized
• Deep knowledge about Indonesian Labor Law and Regulations
• Computer literacy (advance in MS Office, Outlook, etc)
• Self motivated, multi task and team oriented
