About You:


You're a passionate, dynamic, and highly motivated individual who's looking for an opportunity to have an impact in a well-known and expanding organization, operating in within the Asia Pacific region including China. Good team player and enjoy working with colleagues in multiple markets within the Asia Pacific region.

 

Position Overview:

To ensure all warehouse support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively according to company policies.

 

Responsibilities:

 

·       Manage large amount of inbound calls effectively in a professional manner.

·       Attract potential members by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services..

·       Build sustainable relationship of trust through open and interactive communication.

·       Provide accurate, valid and complete information to member and distributor.

·       Handle complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the timeline and follow up to ensure the matter is resolved.

·       Go the extra mile to engage members and distributors.

·       Any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors.


Qualifications:

 

·       Female, max. 30 years old

·       Minimum of 2 years related customer service experiences.

·       Excellent negotiation skills, including the art of persuasion

·       Well verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

·       Ability to speak to people on all levels and in a variety of cultures.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·       Expert in all MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
