PT DAYACIPTA KEMASINDO is an integrated carton box manufacturer. We have 3 factories in indonesia (Tangerang, Cibitung and Karawang). For our growth, we need professional people to fill position as Kepala Bagian Produksi.

KEPALA BAGIAN PRODUKSI (KABAG PRODUKSI)

JOB DESC

-          Control manufacturing cost based on company budget

-          Increase efficiency & productivity of the machinery

-          Supervise production process to fullfill production targets, plans, and customer's demand.

-          Ensure quality of the finished products meets the company standard

-          Identify problems in product quality and recommend alternative solutions

-          Conduct preventive & corrective maintenance

-          Manage subordinate's task and responsibility allocation

-          Manage performance of subordinates

 

QUALIFICATION

-          Bachelor degree or equivalent professional degree from engineering

-          Having min 5 years experience as production spv / ast. Mgr / Manager,  preferably in manufacturing company (carton box, offset printing, customer goods, packaging)

-          Having depth knowledge related with Production and machine maintenance.

-          Having strong strategic leadership skill to articulate the company's vision and mission..

-          Willing to be placed at Cibitung area
