Key Responsibilities/Scope of Work
· Responsible for the management of all aspects of the finance and accounting processes including the timely and accurate month/year end closing of accounts;
· Ensure that relevant accounting schedules, analysis and working papers are prepared and reviewed for correctness and accuracy on a monthly basis;
· Ensure that the entity's accounting treatments, principles and policies are aligned with IFRS and Indonesia accounting standards;
· Ensure smooth running of the finance day-to-day operations and the annual audit;
· Prepare the company's cash flow planning, review and verify all cash payment and receipt, and maintain bank facility covenants according to the agreements;
· Oversee and review the timely and accurate preparation of the tax returns;
· Coordinate with various operational departments in the provision of the financial/management information for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly management and Head Office reports;
· Prepare statutory financial reports for audit purpose and manage the entire audit process including working closely with the auditors to ensure the completion of audited accounts within agreed timeline;
· Manage, supervise, coach and develop finance and accounting staff in the proper execution of their respective roles and functions. Restructure and streamline processes and workflows for greater efficiency;
· Lead and undertake adhoc projects, such as systems upgrade, policies review, business expansion, as and when assigned;
· Responsible for providing decision related to reconciliation result and approving the reconciliation;
Requirements
· Minimum Bachelor's degree from majoring in Accounting/Economics;
· Having at least 5 years of experience in areas of finance and accounting at managerial level and experience in handling foreigner;
· Prior experience in an audit or public accounting firm from big audit firm;
· Female, age max 40 years old;
· Proficient in accounting system such as SAP, Oracle, etc and excel skills and effective use of Ms Office;
· Having leadership skill, proactive, positive attitude, and fast learner;
· Having good analytical skill, communication skill, detail oriented, able to work as a team or individual and able to work with deadline;
· Having good knowledge and understanding of PSAK;
· Fluent in English, both oral and written.
