CBM's Indonesia Country Office in Jakarta is now accepting applications for a Microsoft Dynamics NAV/ Transaction Specialist (1 Position available)

 

 

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

 

Contract Duration: Fixed Term Employment, 8 (eight) months with possibility to extend

 

Contract Type: 60% full time equivalent

 

Contract Start: As soon as possible

 

Reporting line: Senior Finance Officer

 

 

General Objective

CBM is an international development organisation whose primary purpose is to improve the quality of life of the world's poorest persons with disabilities and those at risk of disability. CBM works with partner organisations in low income countries to both develop and ensure that persons with disabilities and their families have ready access to affordable and comprehensive health care and rehabilitation programmes, quality education programmes and livelihood opportunities. Working with persons with disabilities, CBM advocates for their inclusion in all aspects of society, and for the inclusion of disability in international cooperation.

 

Main objective of the position

 

The Transaction Specialist will provide administrative support to programme management to ensure compliance with CBM requirements; mainly responsible for uploading or updating information in CBM's Microsoft Dynamics NAV (NAV); provides management with an analysis of budget trends and other useful information for informed management decisions; and provides guidance to other NAV users when needed

 

 

We are looking for someone who will…

·         Ensure that the respective data/reports from relevant programmatic and financial documents are generated, distributed, re-collected, compiled and maintain at SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

·         Administrate data collection and distribution within programme department in order to enhance rate of compliance to CBM standards.

·         Identify track of compliances to identify ways to promote efficiency through optimization CBM compliances (project assessments, contracts, MOU, Transfer of funding, reporting's, statistics etc.)

·         Providing support all the budget process and interim changes of funding (reallocation, re-designation etc.) projects and programmes in line with need and with Country Plan objectives

·         Actively support capacity development of partners and the Country Office team in line with need to render training on CBM compliances (reporting formats) as necessary.

 

 

We are looking for someone who has…

 

·         A passion to make a difference for improving the life of people with disabilities

  • Relevant academic degree (Business administration, Finance, IT)

·         Good knowledge of MS Office

·         Working knowledge of NAVISION

  • Professional experience of at least 3 years within a developmental environment - ideally with field exposure.
  • Self-discipline with regard to results delivery and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills
  • A demonstrated ability to work independently is considered and essential requirement.
  • High degree of integrity and accountability
  • Ability to handle sensitive and keep confidential information
  • Commitment to CBM's mission, vision, and values.

·         Good English and Indonesian language skills (both written and spoken)
