- Regional Sales Manager RTD -
Main Requirements:
• Male / Female
• Max. 35 - 40 years old
• Bachelor Degree from reputable university
• Having experience as Regional Sales Manager for RTD product (bottling) with price over than Rp 3.000,-, especially for JABODETABEK area at Beverage FMCG Industry
• Independent, problem solver and decision maker
• Having proven effective leadership, entrepreneurial, negotiation and team work skills
• Having excellent analytical thinking
• Having excellent presentation and communication skills
• Able to work as a team or independent and under pressure
• Easily to adapt and have strong ability in interpersonal relationship
• Proficient in English (both oral and written)
Salary :
± 18 - 20 mio / month + Car (COP)

Main Requirements:
• Male / Female
• Max. 40 years old
• Magister degree from reputable university
• Preferably experience in Beverage FMCG Industry
• Experience in planning function especially developing and implementing Balance Score Card
• Having good understanding in finance, cost accounting and taxation
• Experience in a local group corporate management
• Experience in SAP or Oracle environment
• Knowledgeable in manufacturing and distribution processes
• Experience in local group corporate management
• Demonstrate strong conceptual and analytical thinking
• Having excellent presentation and communication skills
• Able to work as a team or independent and under pressure
• Easily to adapt and have strong ability in interpersonal relationship
• Proficient in English (both oral and written)
Salary :
± 30 mio / month + Car (COP)

- Product Manager RTD -
Main Requirements:
• Male / Female
• Max. 35 years old
• Bachelor Degree from reputable University
• Experience as PM RTD (Ready to Drink) (bottling) with price over than Rp 3.000,-
• Experience min. 5 years in managing and developing FMCG Product (TVC making and Media planning, BTL program, Market analysis (SWOT, competitor), Marketing budget and plan Teamwork spirit at Beverage FMCG Industry
• Familiar with the marketing research design, study and analysis (Qualitative research/FGD, Quantitative research, Distribution tracking, Post ads), have overseas market exposure
• Having a great passion for Brand Building FMCG
• Having excellent analytical thinking
• Knowledgeable in making the concept about modification and distributed product
• Knowledgeable in reviewing and evaluating the new development product program
• Having strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to work as a team or independent and under pressure
• Easily to adapt and have strong ability in interpersonal relationship
• Proficient in English (both oral and written)
Salary :
± 10 - 14 mio / month + Car (COP)

• Having experience in developing products which have been successfully marketed before
• Creative thinking, problem solver, and teamwork spirit
• Having channel in OEM Industry
• Having strong leadership skill
• Having excellent analytical thinking
• Having excellent presentation and communication skills
• Able to work as a team or independent and under pressure
• Easily to adapt and have strong ability in interpersonal relationship
• Proficient in English (both oral and written)
Salary :
± Rp 20 - 30 mio/ month (gross) + Car (COP)
