URGENT VACANCY
We are fast growing plastic packaging in Jababeka Area
Urgently needed qualified candidate to filled SALES ADMIN position

• Responsibilities:
• Handle inquiries, follow up, taking phone calls, meets client visiting office and maintain good relationship with client especially if sales not available
• Receive, handling emails addressed to general email address, make sure it is followed up
• Keeping records of sales targets and actual figures and compiling them into reports for management
• Supporting sales team includes managing schedules, creating sales documents and proposals, and other writing communication to external and internal parties
• Generating reports related to sales activities and revenue data, as well as handling customer and prioritizing customer requests while the sales team is out of the office
  
  
• Requirements:
• Female
• Diploma degree, age 22 to 30 years
• Minimum 1 years experience in sales administration or secretarial jobs
• Be able to work under pressure and face pace environment with minimum supervision
• Good interpersonal and team player
• Good verbal & written English and MS Office is essential
• Excellent communication and time-management skills are required

Willing to relocate in Jababeka area.
