HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

·� � � � * �Preferably between 30 – 35 years old (M/F)

·� � � � * �Bachelor's Degree in Law or Physiology or related field of study

·� � � � �* �Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources Management, preferably in 4 star International Chain hotels

·� � � � �* �Current position as Human Resources Manager or Assistant Human Resources Manager

·� � � � �* �Has good administration skills and computer proficient in MS Office

·� � *�Familiar with organization structure, HR policies procedures, recruitment, training, performance appraisal, reward recognition, legal issues, manpower rules regulations, income tax and budgeting

·� � � � * ��Mature with positive behavior as a role model and good motivator

·� � * �Strong organization skills, problem solving skills, communication interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, leadership, innovative and result oriented

·� � � � * � �Experience dealing with large number of staff

·� � � � * � �Experience dealing with unions and local community

·� � � � * � �Has good understanding of Balinese culture and language

·� � � � * � �Familiar with labor law and permit application (Expatriates, hotel permit, etc)

·� � � � * � ��Has good working knowledge of English

·� � � � * � ��Able to work under pressure and highly motivated

·� � � � * � ��Energetic and great personality

·� � � � * � ��Creative, dynamic and innovative
